Reservations

There is an early departure fee. If you reserved a refundable rate, simply inform us at check-in or before, and we can adjust your departure date with a fee. If you pre-paid your room through another company, booked a non-refundable rate, or do not change your reservation by arrival time, there will be a fee for departing early.

Train: The closest train stops are the Cawang and Tebet Stations.

Yes, a shuttle service is available for an additional fee. Fare based town car transportation can be arranged through our Concierge by calling +6221 2954 3030. Alternate taxi options are also available from the airport to downtown Jakarta.
